Who are the JABBAWOCKEEZ?

The JABBAWOCKEEZ crew, established in 2003, is a group of ten Freestyle-dance artists who use their unique hip-hop dance style with their understanding of movement and music to create picturesque choreographed pieces. It is the mission of the JABBAWOCKEEZ to inspire creativity, originality and love for hip-hop culture around the world so that the coming generations of dance artists would continue to inspire and leave new legacies for the future. The JABBAWOCKEEZ believe, through sharing their distinctive gift of music and dance, they are promoting self-expression with no limits to creativity.

What is a JABBAWOCKEE?

The JABBAWOCKEEZ were originally formed in San Diego, Ca with members hailing from Northern to Southern California. Each of the members have been instructors in their particular style of dance for over six years. They all have been given the privilege to influence a wide base of aspiring dancers throughout the world and as they continue to revolutionize their approach to stage show presentation, people from all walks of life find an appreciation for a JABBAWOCKEEZ show. It is their collective belief that dance starts with music. To help the audience hear music through visual stimulation, the JABBAWOCKEEZ outfit themselves with expression-less masks and gloves, stripping away the identity of each member. This effect allows the audience to see an overall picture of the music without the distraction of watching any particular member. The JABBAWOCKEEZ combine the art of miming, the influence of silent film and hip-hop dance to develop their awesome stage shows.

aaah man i just found out about these like 2 days ago now seen this im so there . you can just turn up yeah ? . is there any more info and stuff on this . like all levels ? and also is this the right place ?

yeh just show up, no booking required and yeh its at danceworks...thats the website. nearest tube bond street station. the classes will be aimed at all levels but expect to be challenged!!

Jabbawockeez are kick ass.. no wonder they won the contest, and still they remain humble to there performance. found a video reactions from the Jabbawockeez dance crew as well as judges Lil Mama, Shane Sparks, and J.C. Chasez.
